1. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) Refunds
1.1. Once a DSC is issued, it cannot be refunded as it is a personalized digital product.
1.2. Refunds are only possible if:
- The DSC application is rejected by the Certifying Authority
- We fail to provide the service within 7 working days of document verification
- The service is cancelled before DSC issuance
2. USB Token Refunds
2.1. USB tokens can be refunded only if:
- The product is unused and in original packaging
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
- Found to be defective at the time of delivery
3. Refund Process
3.1. Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@trustdigisign.com
3.2. Include your order number and reason for refund
3.3. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days
3.4. Amount will be refunded to the original payment method
